Yes. We plan step, post and perimeter lights into the design, so the wiring stays hidden and the deck is safe to use after dark.
Can you build a deck by my pool or on the waterfront?
Yes. Poolside and waterfront decks are a big part of our work. We use slip-resistant, water-resistant materials and build to your local code.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
Often, yes, depending on your city and the size and height of the deck. We prepare the permit paperwork and help with HOA approval.
