How long does it take to build a pool?
It depends on the size of the pool, the features you choose, permit timing and weather. We give you a clear timeline in your proposal before work starts and keep you updated at every stage.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare the plans, file the permits, help with your HOA package and schedule every inspection.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf or water features?
Yes. We build raised and spillover spas, sun shelves, tanning ledges, benches, swim-outs, waterfalls, deck jets and bubblers into the design.
What is the best interior finish for a new pool?
Pebble and quartz finishes usually last the longest and come in many colors. We help you choose the best fit for your style, your budget and how you use the pool.
Do I need a fence or barrier around a new pool?
Florida law requires new residential pools to have approved safety features, such as a pool barrier, an approved safety cover or alarms on doors that lead to the pool. We’ll walk you through the options, and we also install aluminum pool fencing.
Can I see my pool design before you start?
Yes. We can create a 3D model of your new pool and backyard, so you can see the layout, finishes and lighting and make changes before we dig.
Is financing available for a new pool?

Do you also renovate existing pools?
