Decorative concrete slabs with turf joints at a modern white home, by Canet Group

Decorative concrete

A High-End Look That Stays Durable in Florida Weather.

Natural stone, brick and premium pavers look great, but across Broward County, Florida they get expensive fast and need constant attention as joints wash out, pieces sink and weeds push through. Decorative concrete gives you the same visual impact in one solid, stable surface.

We design it around your home: the pattern, the color, where borders go and how the surface feels underfoot. It suits a modern build in Weston, a Mediterranean-style house in Coral Springs or a waterfront home along the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale.

Every project starts with a free on-site estimate. We bring finish ideas, measure the space and give you a written quote.

Questions, answered

Decorative Concrete FAQs.

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call us and we’ll walk you through it.

What counts as decorative concrete?

Decorative concrete is concrete finished for looks as well as strength. It includes stamped patterns, integral color, textured and broom finishes, polished surfaces and slabs separated by turf joints.

What is the best decorative finish for a pool deck in Broward?

A textured or stamped finish with a slip-resistant sealer works best around pools. Lighter colors also stay cooler under bare feet in strong sun.

Will colored concrete fade in the Florida sun?

We mix integral color through the concrete, add surface highlights and protect it with a UV-stable sealer. Resealing when the color starts to dull keeps it rich.

Can you add a decorative finish to my existing patio?

If the slab is solid, we can clean it, repair cracks and apply a decorative overlay. If it is sinking or badly broken, replacing it is the better fix.

Are turf joints considered decorative concrete?

Yes. Large slabs separated by artificial turf strips are one of the most requested modern looks in South Florida, laid in straight runs or diamond grids.

Is decorative concrete slippery when wet?

It does not have to be. We add texture, broom finishes or slip-resistant sealer anywhere the surface gets wet, from pool decks to front walks.

Will my HOA approve decorative concrete?

Many Broward HOAs approve decorative concrete once they see the color and pattern. We provide samples and project details for your HOA submission.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We visit your home, show finish options, measure the space and give you a written quote at no cost.
