Fence installation
Get a Fence Line That Finally Feels Finished.
If your yard feels exposed, the gate never sits right or the current fence looks like it has been patched one too many times, it is usually past a small fix. Homeowners across Broward County, Florida call us when it is time for a proper fence installation with a clean boundary, reliable gates and the privacy they have been missing.
Canet Group installs fences with a structured process: careful layout, posts set in concrete, level panels or boards and gates that latch every time. We handle the permit paperwork and keep your property clean while we work.
It all starts with a free on-site assessment, so your written quote matches your actual fence line, material and gates.
Signs it’s time
Signs You Need a New Fence Installation.
If any of these sound familiar, a new fence solves the problem at the source.
Not Enough Privacy
Your backyard, patio or pool is visible from the street or the neighbors because the fence is too low or too open.
Leaning or Warped Sections
Failing posts or a weak structure mean the fence needs rebuilding, not another panel swap.
A Gate That Won’t Close
Gates that drag, stick or swing open usually point to shifted posts or poor spacing.
A Patchy, Uneven Look
Mismatched repairs make the whole exterior look messy, even when the home is well kept.
Weak Security
Open side yards and flimsy gates leave entry points you cannot control.
Pets and Kids Getting Out
Gaps under or between sections make it hard to keep everyone safely inside the yard.

Our Fence Installation Process in Broward.
Fence installs go best when the process is structured. Here is what happens from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
- 01
On-Site Assessment
We walk the property line, check access and gate locations and talk through how you use the yard.
- 02
Layout & Written Quote
You choose material, height and style, and get a clear written quote with everything spelled out.
- 03
Permits & HOA Approval
We prepare the paperwork for your city’s building department and your HOA, if you have one.
- 04
Removal & Prep
Old fencing comes out, underground utilities are located and every post spot is marked.
- 05
Post Setting
Posts go into concrete, plumb and aligned, so the fence stays straight in sandy soil and storm winds.
- 06
Panels, Boards & Gates
Sections go on level and evenly spaced, and gates are hung to swing cleanly and latch properly.
- 07
Final Walkthrough
We check alignment, stability and finish with you and leave the site clean.
Fence types
How We Install Each Fence Type.
Not every fence works for every property. Each material goes in a little differently, and we build every one for Broward weather.
Aluminum Fence Installation
Powder-coated panels attach to posts set in concrete and can be racked to follow the slope of your yard. A strong pick when you want security without feeling closed in, and a favorite for pool areas. See aluminum fencing.
Why It Works
Vinyl & PVC Fence Installation
Rails and panels lock into posts set in concrete, with reinforced posts at the gates so they do not sag. Our usual recommendation when privacy is the top priority. See vinyl/PVC fencing.
Why It Works
Wood Fence Installation
Pressure-treated boards go up level and evenly spaced in modern horizontal or classic vertical designs. Ideal for solid coverage with a warmer, natural look. See wood fencing.

Pricing
What Shapes the Cost of a Fence Installation.
Every property is different, so we price from an on-site assessment instead of guesswork. Financing is available for qualified projects through Wisetack.
Material & Style
Wood, vinyl/PVC and aluminum each start at a different price point, and decorative styles add to it.
Height & Length
Total linear footage and fence height drive most of the material and labor.
Gates & Hardware
The number of gates, their width and pool-code latches all affect the final quote.
Site Conditions
Old fence removal, corners, slopes, tree roots and buried rock can add work.
Repair or replace
When Replacement Beats Repair.
A repair makes sense when the fence is mostly solid and one section is damaged. A full replacement usually makes more sense when:
- Several posts are loose or shifting
- Panels are warping, rotting or rusting in different areas
- The gate keeps failing because the alignment is off
- You want more privacy or a different material
- Past repairs left mismatched sections
- Your pool area needs a code-ready barrier

Questions, answered
Fence Installation FAQs.
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call us and we’ll walk you through it.
(786) 397-7139How long does a fence installation take?
It depends on the length of the fence, the material and the number of gates. Once permits are approved, most residential fences go up quickly, and we give you a clear schedule with your quote.
Do you pull the fence permit?
Yes. We prepare the permit paperwork for your Broward city or the county and plan the fence to meet local rules, setbacks and HOA guidelines.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not for the whole job. We like to walk the fence line with you at the start and at the final walkthrough, and we keep gates and pets in mind while we work.
Are underground utilities marked before digging?
Yes. Underground utilities are located before any post holes are dug, so the work is safe for your property and the crew.
Can you install a fence on a slope or uneven ground?
Yes. Aluminum panels can be racked to follow the grade, and vinyl and wood sections can be stepped so the fence looks level and intentional.
What is included in the quote?
Your written quote covers materials, posts, gates, hardware, labor, old fence removal if needed and cleanup, so there are no surprise add-ons.
Should I repair or replace my fence?
Repair makes sense when the fence is mostly solid. If several posts are loose, panels are failing in different spots or the gate keeps sagging, replacement is usually the better value.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We measure on site and give you a clear written quote at no cost.
